Chhatra League leader arrested in Kalapara wrist cutting case-3

A case has been filed against Rakibul Islam, 25, joint secretary of Mithaganj Union Chhatra League in Kalapara upazila of Patuakhali for amputating his right wrist. Mithaganj Union BCL President.
