Benazir adorned with IGP Rank Badge

The newly appointed Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed has been badged. The newly appointed police chief was badged at the House of Representatives on Wednesday (April 15th) in the presence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The new chief minister was badged by Interior Minister Asadzaman Khan Kamal and Senior Secretary of the Department of Public Safety of the Ministry of Interior Mostafa Kamaluddin.
Among the others present at the time were Prime Minister’s Chief Secretary Dr. Ahmed Kaikaus, Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim, Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, Mo. Top officials including Tofazl Hossain Miah, the newly departed police chief Mohammad Jabed Patwari. The task will begin on Wednesday with the inspector general of police Benazir Ahmed.
